Sea Pines CSA Administration Holiday Office Hours
In honor of the Labor Day Holiday, the Sea Pines CSA Administration building located at 175 Greenwood Drive will observe the following hours of operation:

Friday, September 4 - Closing at 2:00 PM
Monday, September 7 - Closed
Tuesday, September 8- Resume normal operating hours (Note- office is open by appointment only)

Please save the date for Tuesday, October 27 at 10 AM, for the 2020 Sea Pines CSA and ASPPPO Annual Meeting.

Due to COVID-19, this years meeting will be held online via live video conference. More information on proxy mailing dates and virtual meeting registration will be sent to members soon.
Sea Pines CSA Completes Flower Bed Rotations
This week, BrightView, Sea Pines CSA's Landscaping Service Provider worked to complete the flower change out of Sea Pines CSA maintained landscape beds throughout the community.

Pictured here are photos of the BrightView staff working near the intersection of Greenwood Drive at the Sea Pines Circle and also near the intersection near Fraser Circle.

Sea Pines CSA would also like to extend thanks to those property owners who took advantage of the flower rotation pick up. Thanks to everyone for coming by and for also practicing social distancing and mask requirements while doing so!
Sea Pines CSA to Conduct Mosquito Treatment

Did you know that Sea Pines CSA has a Mosquito Treatment Program? Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, August 31, during overnight hours, weather permitting.

Sea Pines CSA Board of Director Election Information

The following positions on the Sea Pines CSA Board of Director are available commencing on January 1, 2021:
  • Three “Class A” CSA Residential Directors seats
  • One “Class B” CSA Commercial Director seat

Important Upcoming Election Dates:
  • October 1, 2020: Sea Pines CSA applications by petition deadline
  • November 1, 2020: Sea Pines CSA ballots to be mailed to members
  • December 1, 2020: Ballots must be postmarked for return by 12/1/2020 to be valid
