With 8 years at Chicago Title, Latreese brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and outstanding client service as she steps into this next phase supporting our closings. Having served as a long-time trainer and escrow support, this is a very natural next step in her continued growth. I know she will thrive in this role and continue to make a meaningful impact on both our team and our clients.

48 Hours to Close

A friendly reminder of our 48-hour scheduling guideline once Clear to Close is issued. We prioritize scheduling for files that are fully ready, as holding tentative space can impact availability for confirmed closings.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible, but please understand that demand is significantly higher during the summer months for which we are SO grateful.

This team shines in every season, but the summer grind is real. Your appreciation matters, so I implore you, let’s spread it around like glitter…. And yes, I mean get it on EVERYTHING. ✨
