Spring is all about fresh starts—so we’re bringing fresh new classes to the lineup! These classes will remain on the schedule as long as they stay attended, so show up, flow, and keep your favorites going!

  • Passes and punch cards are welcome for use! All new classes can be reserved online!

New Class Descriptions

April 1st: Lava-Laties with Torrell Tuesday's at 7pm.


60-minute Full-Body Pilates in Gentle Heat

  • Step into a lightly heated (90°F, no humidity) environment for a dynamic, full-body Pilates class designed to strengthen muscles that often go unnoticed in a traditional flow.
  • This low-impact yet powerful workout enhances core strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness through controlled movements and breathwork.
  • All levels are welcome! For an added challenge, you’re welcome and encouraged to bring your own light weights and resistance bands if you'd like, but no worries if you don't! Body weight is just as beneficial!
  • Perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, this session will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and fully refreshed.



April 4th: HipHop Hustle with Ailyn Friday's at 7pm.


Switch up your cardio routine with Lava Yoga’s new hip-hop class!


This non-heated class uses easy-to-follow dance moves set to hip hop, Latin, and current hits for a cardio and leg-shaking blast. No dancing experience required! This class is designed to bring your heart rate up with moves ranging from high to low impact.

  • PS- your belly will probably be hurting from laughing so hard too!


Bring a friend and follow along to routines set to music ranging from Bad Bunny to Meg Thee Stallion. We look forward to dancing with you!



April 5th: HIIT the Flow with Annie Saturday's at 12pm.


Strengthen Your Body and Mind

This class challenges you both physically and mentally, helping you build resilience, focus, and confidence.

• 30-Minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

• 15-Minute Cool-Down


What is HIIT?

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. This method pushes your body to its limits, increasing endurance, boosting metabolism, and burning calories efficiently.

Benefits of HIIT:

• Burn fat quickly

• Build strength and endurance

• Boost metabolism

• Improve mental toughness

• Quick and efficient workout

• No equipment needed (modifications available)



April 7th: Twenty-Six&One with Susan and Torrell alternating Monday's at 8am.


What is 26 & 1?

26 & 1 consists of 26 powerful yoga postures presented in the same order each and every class you take. 

  • The series of poses is ordered such that each posture builds upon the previous posture. 
  • You will experience an increased range of motion, strength, balance and sense of well being. 
  • The room is heated to a high temperature with added humidity to enhance sweating and deep muscle relaxation, just like the lava heated flow classes.
  • Many of the poses are ones that you practice during your traditional yoga flow.

For the upbeat classes above (HipHop, Pilates, HIIT classes) to help keep our studio clean during this spring transition, we ask that you please change into your sneakers/shoes once inside the studio.

  • Jeni teaches a fun and poppin' kids yoga (in the lobby) during the regular 5:30 heated yoga flow on Monday nights! Sign your age 7-11 kiddos up online!
