John is Director of Innovation at Amsted Automotive, focused on new technologies to meet emerging market needs. Prior to Amsted, John was Global Technology Director at Eaton Corporation, responsible for next generation technologies around intelligent electric mobility. Previously, John was Director of Innovation & Technology at Linamar Corporation. As Engineering Director at Linamar, he established the driveline and electric drive systems business with responsibility for the full product life cycle from R&D through production. John previously held various management and engineering positions during 20 years at Ford, Visteon and Softwheel in the areas of Driveline, Steering and Chassis, including three years in Germany. John serves on the advisory board for Orbitless Drives, and the Innovation Advisory Council for the Vineland Research & Innovation Center. John holds MS and BS degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan. John Jennings is a member of the GAMIC Steering Committee, and has served as a judge and mentor at GAMIC events since 2018.

Raffaele strategic thinking and effective leadership have been instrumental and paramount in his career as an IT, sales and operations professional. Kurt has been involved in Michigan’s investment and entrepreneurial communities for most of his career. In 2014, Kurt co-founded Applied Licensing, LLC, an angel investment organization specializing in the development and monetization of intellectual property. As Vice President & General Counsel, Kurt oversaw operations, sourced investment opportunities and managed deal flow, conducted due diligence, drafted and negotiated deal terms, aided in the development and execution of intellectual property strategy, and engaged with portfolio companies in a variety of ways to contribute towards their success. 15th GAMIC FINALS

Onsite and online from SAE WCX at Huntington Place is the 16th largest convention center in the United States. Built by the City of Detroit, it was originally opened in 1960 and named Cobo Hall in honor of former Detroit Mayor Albert E. Cobo (1950-1957).In 2021, the venue name was changed to Huntington Place. Today, the center hosts conferences, conventions and tradeshows bringing 1.5 million visitors a year from across the globe to Detroit.
