September 2026

Greetings

Thank God, isn't it a blessing to know that the love of the Father is always directed toward us. Knowing this helps us to be able to withstand all the adversities that come our way. It's my desire that you would be strengthened in the power of His might as you continue to fulfill the purposes of God.

Pastor Mike's Health Update

As we told you last time Pastor Mike was recovering from open heart surgery that took place in February of this year. In July he completed cardio therapy and made a decision to have a shoulder replacement surgery on his left shoulder. He had been having issues with his shoulder for 18 months and surgery was the best solution. By the end of 2026 he will be able to began to travel again! This is the first time since 2002 that he has gone a whole year without traveling internationally. Despite not being able to travel, God With Us has still been helping people around the globe.

Ministry Update

There has been a lot happening in India! God With Us India is still planting churches, building churches, digging wells, providing transportation, and buying sewing machines. We are very excited about what God is doing! Pastor Finney (our apostle in India) came to the United States in July to spend time with Pastor Mike. He gave us reports of all the ministry taking place there. They have increased the number of Schools of Ministry to 7 schools which is at least one school in every region we have churches. Finney shared with us that many of the church plants are starting to build. They have been experiencing tremendous growth in the organization as of this last year regardless of increases in persecution.

We are looking forward to going back to Africa in 2027. We value our relationships with Pastors Henry Musana and Peter Wanyonyi. The ministry they do in their nations are very important to us.

We have been working in Bolivia for 16 years now. We have many relationships with pastors and churches there. We consider all of these as divine appointments by the Lord. This summer we had the opportunity to spend time with the president and a board member of the ministry Suma Project of Bolivia while they were in the United States on a deputation trip to raise awareness and funding. Their ministry helps exploited women and children who have been victims of sex trafficking. Just this year we started supporting a new ministry to children in Bolivia called Pan De Vida Foundation. This ministry is run by Juan Pablo and Carolina Hinojosa. Juan Pablo and Carolina has been a friend of the ministry since 2010. They started this ministry in response to a desperate need in their community with the poor and needy children. They feed and care for children throughout the day in their facility.

In addition to these efforts God With Us has been supporting Chet Raj Joshi of Alpha Church in Lemki, Nepal. This is an evangelistic ministry in Western Nepal. In Lusaka, Zambia we have been supporting Patson Sakala of Christian Hope Ministries. This ministry teaches children in extremely poor slums how to read and write. Reaching children is near and dear to ours hearts at God With Us so this year we have also started supporting the Indiana branch of Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) on a monthly basis.

Special Projects

Help Put A Roof On This Church

We have a special project that we would like to help with. Our dear friend Pastor Peter Wanyonyi has a building project in a town where he has planted a church. As you can see from the picture below, they still need a roof for their new church building. We want to help raise as much of the $2850.00 as we can. We ask you to pray and seek the Lord as to whether you can help with this special need in Kenya. We have done many crusades with Pastor Peter and helped plant many churches. This is excellent soil for your seed.

A Need For Sewing Machines

It's that time of year again! We have 36 ladies in the sewing school in India who are graduating in October. So far we have 7 sewing machines paid for and we need 29 more. It only takes $100 to buy a sewing machine for a graduate and give them a gift of being able to provide for their family.
