BIO - TIFFANY T. HOUSE
Tiffany House is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, CAP®, Certified Exit Planning Advisor, CEPA, a Fellow in Charitable Estate Planning, FCEP, and a tax, estate, and charitable strategist. She works as a consultant and operates two companies. Tax & Estate Strategy works with clients and their families to help guide them through intricatesituations, including transitioning a business, planning philanthropy, values-based estate planning, and tax concerns. The Gift Planning Institute works with nonprofit organizations to enhance their donor interactions and gift planning programs.
Tiffany is a national speaker and an active member of the community. She serves on many boards, has held leadership roles, and enjoys lifelong learning. She is passionate about educating advisors, donors, and clients about tax-advantaged strategies.
After working for 20 years in a family business of wealth planning, primarily with ultra-high-net-worth clients who she helped them with their complicated business, financial, and estate planning circumstances, she retired to pursue her passion as a speaker and afiduciary consultant. She helps guide families and their advisors to identify and implement planning strategies that incorporate their financial and estate plans while providing tax efficiency.
Tiffany lives on an urban farm in Scottsdale, AZ, with her three lovely daughters, her supportive husband, horses, and a wide variety of other animals, including but not limited to: dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens, ducks, fish, a bearded dragon, and a snake.
