Requirements:

• Solid banking operations, audit, or compliance background with good working knowledge of how information flows through a bank and how such information is secured.
• Keen awareness of banking guidelines, regulations, and laws.
• Extensive knowledge of IT audit standards and practices.
• Strong problem-solving ability and the critical thinking skills.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
• Willing to travel approximately 30-40%, primarily around the South and the Midwest, as necessary to serve our client base.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills. Able to communicate effectively on all levels of an organization and write comprehensive reports.
• Willing to read, study, and stay on top of industry developments and technological advances.
• Flexibility and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• English: Fluent.
• Non-smoker.

Preferred:

• Industry certification: CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, or similar.
• Experience working for, or providing services to, community bank(s).

This position will work primarily on our IT Audit (Review) and Risk Assessment Facilitation engagements.

• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity threats and cybercrime trends.
• Strong problem-solving ability and the critical thinking skills.
• Solid network administration background with good working knowledge of network protocols, workstations, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
• Willing to travel approximately 30-40%, primarily around the South and the Midwest, as necessary to serve our client base.
