Revival in Midland, Texas
On Sunday, August 1, Mike preached for both the morning and evening services at Alamo Heights Baptist Church in Midland, TX for a Revival Sunday event. He and his family also led worship. This church’s goal was to see people return to the church after the long and difficult COVID season. The pastor led the church to pass out doorhangers in their neighborhoods and invite their friends. Ad campaigns were run on the local radio programs and on social media. As a result, about 30 visitors attended the Sunday Morning service and seeds of the gospel were planted!

Please join us in prayer for the continued growth of Alamo Heights Baptist Church. This church has a passion for reaching the community around it with the gospel. Pray that this Revival Sunday would spark long-term revival in the city of Midland, Texas.

Thank You, Partners!
While we were in Texas, we had the opportunity to connect with a ministry partner church and several other individual partners. It has been many years since we had been able to meet with these friends so it was wonderful to be able to fellowship with them, provide updates on our ministries and to highlight Simplicity Ministries’® vision for Men of Simplicity and the opportunities the Lord has been giving to us.

This time with our partners in Texas served to remind us just how valuable each and every financial and prayer partner is to our ministry. Thank you so much to all of you for your participation with us in calling people to the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ!
