We also want to celebrate every student, staff member, and parent educator who prepared for and supported Student Led Conferences this week! We are grateful for the opportunity SLCs provide to hear and support each student's learning experience! 

October 20 is the Great Shakeout in CA, which promotes Earthquake Preparedness and education. We will practice Earthquake drills on campus the week of October 24th, and encourage families to make a plan and be prepared at home, as well. You can learn more about Earthquake safety here.

School Picture Make Up Day!

October 26 from 8:30am-11:30am at Connect

If you are new to Connect or missed Picture Day, please stop by campus anytime within the window above to have your student's photo taken! Student photos are used for School ID cards, the yearbook, as well as for purchasing for individual family purposes. 

Morning Running Club!

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 am

Da Vinci's awesome running club is in the works!! It will be held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8.35-9.00am. We need volunteers (at least two each day) and a list of interested students to begin. Sign up HERE

8th Grade Info Nights and Student Tours for Connect HS!

If you have an 8th grade student, consider attending a Connect HS Information Night to learn more about our 9-12 program at Connect! More info can be found in THIS flyer.

Halloween Costumes

Friday 10/28 and Monday 10/31

If your child would like to dress up for Halloween, they are welcome to wear their school appropriate costumes to school! Please make sure that your child's costume allows them to navigate the classroom environment, including the restroom, without interference. We also appreciate in advance leaving any costumes at home that represent violence/gore or cultural appropriation in any way.

All parents are welcome at SSC meetings, even if you are not a council member! Meetings for the year are: : 10/17, 11/7, 1/30, 2/27, 3/27, 5/1 and 5/31 from 4:30-5:30 via Zoom. Thank you!
