Thank You, Volunteers!

Getting ready for a new school year can be tough for families experiencing homelessness, but thanks to a volunteer effort led by Paul Walker of CBRE, children at our shelters and health centers are starting class with brand-new backpacks and supplies. We look forward to partnering with CBRE again this fall for Rock the Feast on November 13. Learn more here.

Advocating for Access

We are deeply grateful to District Director, Maron Alemu, from House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries’ office for visiting our Junius Street Health Center and taking the time to hear from advocates and providers about the critical work being done in NY-8 to connect people with accessible health care options.
