We are excited to gather on November 6th at St. Paul's in Salem for our Annual Clergy Overnight. The theme of the day is: Building Clergy CommUNITY.

The agenda:

• 9:30 a.m. - Welcome and Morning Prayer
• 10:00 a.m. - The program begins
• 12:00 p.m. - Noonday prayer and Lunch
• 1:00 p.m. - Resume the day's program
• 5:00 p.m. - Evening Prayer
• 5:30 p.m. - Social time and Happy Hour
• 6:30 p.m. - Dinner
• 8:00 p.m. - Compline and Goodnight

We have secured a room block at the Springhill Suites in Roanoke for the evening of Friday, November 6th. The Springhill is very close to St. John's, Roanoke and will be convenient for Fall Mission Day on November 7th.

If you plan on booking a room please do so before October 20th, we cannot guarantee a room in the room block after that date. The link for the room block is HERE

The Bishop looks forward to seeing all active diocesan clergy at this gathering. All other diocesan clergy, retired or part-time, are most welcome to take part.
