B&E’s Bratoberfest Week Two Starts Tomorrow!

Get ready for another weekend of brat-tastic flavor! B&E’s Bratoberfest Week Two kicks off Thursday, October 15th, and runs through Sunday, October 18th. What better way to kick off the weekend than with Thursday Night Football and your Seattle Seahawks! Fire up the grill, grab your favorite B&E brats and sausages, and get game-day ready with plenty of flavor for kickoff.

Ode to Louie Rolf – Louie Rolf was an old time meat cutter in Burien back in the 1950’s and ‘60’s. He became good friends with Bob and Earl (B & E). Louie was well known for his housemade Bavarian Bratwurst – a family recipe brought from the old country of Germany. He would never share this recipe with anyone, until the time came to retire. Louie wanted his family bratwurst recipe to live on, so he finally shared it with Bob and Earl. We have been making Louie’s Bavarian Bratwurst ever since, and it is delicious! Thank you Louie Rolf and if you are a friend or family of Louie’s – thank you too.
