Ok, so finally had my breaking point with Arryved. Customer service completely downhill. Had an issue with the Magtek reader, spoke to support on 6/17 and just got an email today that the replacement has not been processed yet. Meanwhile, we’re manually entering credit cards. So I have officially jumped on the “Time to Dump Arryved train”. And if there are any Arryved people out there that need more details, feel free to message me.

So what’s everyone using out there now for POS? I have familiarity with Square, but just curious if I should be looking anywhere else. We’re just a taproom, no restaurant beer sales
