Solo and Ensemble Festival
Our Regional Solo and Ensemble Festival is March 5 at Seattle Pacific University. Stay tuned for a more specific schedule soon. Participating students need to make sure they have contacted their accompanist and set up a time to rehearse. In addition, they should arrange to bring in payment for the entrance fee: $18 for a solo and $28 for an ensemble, made payable to Ballard Performing Arts. Payment for your accompanist will be made directly to them. Payment is due prior to performing at Solo and Ensemble Festival, on March 5.

Can you help distribute Beauty and the Beast posters? Bonnie Moses is organizing volunteers and has a list of places to post. Sign up, grab a stack, and go!
We need help getting the stunning musical posters in front of eyes! Please check out the Sign Up Genius link below if you are inspired to hang some posters. You can split an area with a friend/your student or cover more than one of the small ones. We're always looking for new spots to frequent with our show materials as well! You can receive posters from your student at school, pick them up from Bonnie’s home in Magnolia, or she can deliver them if you prefer.

Goodwill Donation Trailers are BACK!
The cancelled trailers are scheduled to return. Two Goodwill trailers will be parked in the north parking lot on Saturday March 12 from 2pm - 5pm* (or until the trailers fill). We will accept clothing, toys, shoes, books, accessories, electronics, cell phones, small furniture (3’x3’ only) and more. Our program receives $600/trailer and this money goes into our general fund to support everything from sheet music to paperclips to cleaning uniforms, so please donate your unwanted items (exceptions are baby furniture, broken items, and trash). We will also be collecting Ballard Market receipts (now called Town & Country).
Students can earn Service Learning Hours by volunteering at the Goodwill Trailer event. We need help sorting donations, unloading cars, and keeping traffic moving in the parking lot. Four students needed for this effort.
*Note the time change.
