In accordance with PBA’s Bylaws: Board Members are elected by the members and according to Article VII “Nominations and Elections,” additional nominations may be made by petitions filed at the Association’s headquarters 5 days in advance of the Annual Meeting**. Five members must sign any petition. In addition, the election of directors shall take place at the Annual Meeting. Secret ballots will be prepared and distributed if there are nominations from the membership. If elections are contested, the presiding officer shall appoint a committee of three Tellers who will count the ballots. A majority of membership votes present will elect, a quorum being present. Per the Bylaws, voting is based upon one vote for each bus company member for the purposes of a Slate of Candidates.
