Cementitious Materials PCR Published

The Slag Cement Association (SCA) is pleased to announce that the publication of Part B Product Category Rules (PCR) for Cementitious Materials happened this month.

The PCR consolidates three previously separate standards — the Smart EPD Part B PCR for Cements for Construction (v4.0), the Smart EPD Part B PCR for Supplementary Cementitious Materials (v1.0), and the NSF International PCR for Slag Cement (v2.0) into a single unified framework covering cements and supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs). The documented was supported by the American Cement Association (ACA), Natural Pozzolan Association (NPA), and SCA. The document was developed by SmartEPD. You can view the document at SmartEPD's PCR Library.
