DiSC® Catalyst Guided Tour !

Your personal invitation.

Hello dear colleague,

As experienced facilitator, your journey of learning and updates continues.

Last Friday, during the first webinar, we reviewed the basics of DiSC®.

We shared some key (and often overlooked) points about the model:

why talking in ‘colours’ is heresy,
where the ‘drive’ for a particular preference comes from (sometimes unconsciously),
how style varies depending on context,
how to choose from among the six profiles the one that is best suited to the objectives of your intervention.
.....

Good news: the link to the recorded webinar is below. A 12 min exec summary. Enjoy.

Next Friday - Sept 19th - 1:00 pm, we will have a guided tour of the Catalyst Platform.

Circulating together on the platform, you will become familiar with this new dimension of DiSC® based culture.

Catalyst is a personalized learning platform that acts as each learners’ home base throughout their DiSC journey.

Designed to support instructor-led facilitation or individual exploration, Catalyst integrates DiSC into the flow of work, ensuring takeaways are readily applied.

As practitioner ourselves, we know how time consuming it may be to read news, to test new options, to evaluate if it brings new opportunities for our projects and clients.

During 3 free webinars (30 min - weekday - lunch time :-) ), you'll get a guided tour for

Webinar 1. DiSC® Basics (Sept 12th) - recorded webinar available.

Webinar 2. DiSC® Guided Tour + Worksmart solutions (Sept 19th)
