The 15th annual EVM Practitioners’ Forum will be held on Wednesday October 22nd and Thursday October 23rd at the UVA Darden Center in Arlington (Roslyn) VA.

This two day workshop brings together project controls professionals to share best practices and help others become more effective in their use of Scheduling & EVM tools, analysis, and reporting.

2025 EVMP Forum Agenda

The EVMP Forum continues to focus on the information needs of Project Controls Professionals. New sessions have been added to the following tracks.

• DOD, DOE, and Federal Agency EVM Policies, Guidance, and Processes
• Emerging Topics in Project Controls
• Project Scheduling Best Practices
• Agile Development, Planning, & Project Controls
• Enterprise Best Practices for Project Controls
• ASU & DOE IP2M METRR EVMS Maturity Assessment

We are excited to offer a new track during this year’s forum

The interactive workshop will take place the afternoon of October 23^rd and will be geared towards Project Controls Professionals with an interest in data analysis. Over the course of the 4 afternoon sessions, attendees will work hands on in Deltek’s Cobra, MS Excel, and Deltek’s PM Compass to take their data analysis skills to the next level.

Due to the interactive nature of this workshop, we are limiting attendance to 20 individuals on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in attending, please email to confirm your spot. We do ask that you join for the entire afternoon as each session will build on the previous ones. A laptop computer is required but we will provide access to the toolset via a remote learning platform.

Late registration is available for $1,295. In-person registration also includes the optional Interactive Project Controls Analyst Workshop but attendance for this workshop is limited to 20 people. Late virtual registration is $995.

Registration discounts for in-person attendance are available for 3 or more attendees from the same organization. Please don't hesitate to reach out by email if you have any questions or would like to register multiple attendees.
