Our 2025 - 2026 Impact Report is Here

This past school year, Girls Inc. of Los Angeles served more than 2,600 girls across 12 LAUSD schools, with 23,000+ hours of programming, helping girls build confidence, discover their passions and see what's possible for their futures.

PROGRAMMING

Lunch with a Loved One at 74th Street

We joined 74th Street Elementary school for their biggest event of the school year, Lunch with a Loved One, where students share a meal and spend quality time with their families during lunchtime.

As a school partner, Girls Inc. LA was invited to support the event by helping families check in, capturing special moments and lending a hand throughout the celebration.

We are proud to support our school partners beyond our programming by integrating into the school day, showing up where needed and helping build community to better serve students and families.

Erin Ross Named a 2026 Leader of Influence

We're proud to share that the Los Angeles Business Journal has named our CEO, Erin Ross, one of its 2026 Leaders of Influence.

The recognition highlights Erin's leadership during a period of significant growth for Girls Inc. LA, expanding our reach across LAUSD while building a model rooted in consistency, trust and long-term relationships with school communities.

Two Weeks Until the Women's Leadership Breakfast

Join us for the highly inspiring Women’s Leadership Breakfast on Friday, October 9th, featuring Lorrie Bartlett, Dr. Deepika Chopra, Lauren Ireland and Amy Taylor, moderated by Melissa Maysaysay. Together, they will lead us in a powerful conversation, sharing their leadership journey, career insights and what they wish they had known in the process. 

Spend the morning having breakfast in good company, connecting with women across industries and career stages, all while creating more opportunities for girls across Los Angeles to learn, lead and succeed.
