Advanced Manufacturing District Applications Are Now Open

The AMD will feature a 50,000 SQFT facility, including 40,000 SQFT of flexible makerspace minimally divisible from 10,000 SQFT based on tenant needs and economic impact. The facility will also include private offices and shared tenant amenities.

Additionally, qualifying tenants may be eligible for incentives through the City of El Paso Economic and International Development Department.
