Learn from CAMFT's expert attorneys during the 2026 series of Law and Ethics webinar to support your practice.

Dealing with Issues Around Gifts,

Advertising, and Termination

This 3-hour law and ethics webinar will delve into the more nuanced areas of gift giving and receiving within the context of the therapeutic relationship, explain updates to the BBS advertising regulations, and describe the elements that constitute ethical client termination.
