I love it when there is a holiday specifically for us crafters! Tomorrow (Saturday, June 14th) is World Wide Knit in Public Day. We'll be stitching in front of the shop from 1-4PM! Show up to hang out with old friends and meet new ones while enjoying your craft and showing off your crafting skills in public.

New Warm & Wooly Throw Kits

Nicole from Mountain Colors has really outdone herself with the newest collection of Warm & Wooly Throw Kits.

I've added 5 new color combos and brought back 4 of your favorites. I'm a huge fan of the vibrant colors in Clover and Firestorm. But if you're looking for something more neutral, check out Harmony Mushroom and Not Quite White.

Each kit is hand-dyed with love and can be knit or crochet into a stunning throw...patterns included. Treat yourself or treat someone special in your life!

Stripy New Designs from Maika

I have a slight addiction to these gorgeous and functional canvas totes from Maika...so I couldn't resist adding these new stripy designs to the shop's selection!

These totes provide a stylish solution for yarn storage on-the-go. They are beautifully roomy with comfortable handles and an inside pocket for keys, small knitting accessories, etc.

More Happy Accessories from Fox & Pine

Every week it seems like a fun new accessory is arriving in the shop. This week the fun is coming from Fox & Pine. There are several new stitch stopper designs...my favorites are the happy sloth, the lovely cat, and the whale! The stoppers stay snug on your needles (size 2 - 13) and won’t slide off until you pull them off yourself.

And for all of the sock knitters who work on DPNs that have been searching a for a secure way to store your project, there are new DPN Holders. These holders fit both 6" and 8" long double pointed needles and snap to keep your stitches from going anywhere they're not supposed to. Check out the cute patterns!
