Dear Valued Homeowner,

Congratulations! Your stunning yard has been selected as the September Yard of the Month winner for your Village! Your dedication and effort in maintaining such a beautiful landscape truly enhance the charm of our community. We are planning on announcing the winners to the community on Inspiration Station tomorrow morning, so stay tuned!

As a token of appreciation, you have won a $25 Calloway's Nursery gift card, which you can pick up at the Association office (1715 Inspiration Blvd) during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Your Yard of the Month sign will be placed tomorrow after the winners are announced to the community. It will be displayed for one week and collected by our Association team the next week.

Please note that the sign is Association property and will be used to recognize future winners. Please make sure the sign will be accessible for pick up.

Please pick up your gift card by October 30th, 2026.

Thank you for your contribution to making our neighborhood a more beautiful place. We appreciate your efforts and hope you continue to inspire others with your exceptional landscaping!

Sincerely,

Brittney Nelson
