CSA Z245.30 is referenced in CSA Z662 for the coating of below-ground natural gas steel pipelines. Developed to improve the quality and consistency of field-applied coatings throughout an asset's service life, the standard establishes clear, enforceable requirements across the full coating lifecycle.
This session provides a practical, field-oriented overview of what the standard covers — from coating qualification and application to inspection, testing, handling, and storage requirements.
