10 + years' experience in internal audit and analytics within insurance or reinsurance. Develop statistical, data, and analytical models, data governance frameworks, etc. Excel at strategy, execution, collaboration. Innovative, problem-solver, idea generator. Supervise and oversee a team of 5 (analysts and internal auditors). Excellent leadership, organizational, and verbal & written communication skills. Thrive in fast-paced environment. Live in Chicagoland area, 3 days/week in office.
