Dear Neighbors,
First, we would like to thank each of you for your continued patronage here at The North End. We are all grateful for the health of our staff-family and their families.
As the world has rapidly changed over the last week & will likely continue to change over the short-term -
please read about how we are adjusting & doing what we can to ensure your dining experience is the best it can be as we all navigate this new reality

please follow all national & local health warnings & advisories

Including but not limited to consistently washing your hands (for at least 20 seconds) as well as other measures that have been suggested.
What are we doing to provide our customers with a safer dining experience?
Limiting Capacity & Spacing
- At any time, we may institute the need to limit capacity due to specific circumstances. We will do our best to increase the spacing of our tables & help 'distance' our guests.
Make a Reservation
- Please call or make a reservation on-line to ensure you get a table. We will do our best to accommodate the maximum number of guests in a responsible manner.
Signs of Illness
– Please refrain from entering the restaurant if you are exhibiting symptoms of coughing & sneezing on a consistent basis (of course we all get a sniffle, dry throat itch or a reactionary sneeze or two- this is not that). We will be happy to serve you when you're feeling better.
Social Distancing
– A term none of us will forget. Please make sure to be aware of hugs, kisses, & hand shaking.
Please respect others personal space & if you are waiting for a table, you may be asked to wait outside (let's hope it warms up soon again!).
Etiquette
– We ask that you please refrain from using your napkins as tissues, cough-covers (use your elbow please), etc. We have plenty of tissues & toilet paper around the restaurant for you to utilize. Ask your server if you need to find these items.
Table Setup
– For the foreseeable future, we will be removing certain table items & such will be presented to you once you are seated by your host(ess) or server. Extra glasses, salt & pepper, etc. will be dispensed at your request. You will also see your silverware wrapped for each guest.
Beverage Garnishes
– We will refrain from adding garnishes to your beverages though you are welcome to request them from your server. These will be served on-the-side.
Make a to-go-order-
We are always happy to offer our items to go & pack them hot in compostable boxes & bags, we will even waive any to-go fees usually associated
To help keep the restaurant as clean & safe as possible, we have increased the frequency of our daily, bi-weekly & weekly cleaning tasks such as:

Hourly, full disinfection of bathrooms
· Using high-grade cleaner on surfaces / tables
Our kitchen staff, while always upholding the highest food safety standards, are also maintaining their normal operations, though on a more frequent basis. Dishwashers are maintained & serviced by EcoLab & tested daily with chemical strips to ensure proper levels of sanitation (not to mention our water is hot, hot, hot!).
We are lucky to be in a state such as Colorado with a well-spoken & rational leader in Governor Polis who has been mirroring his response from other places that are implementing effective measures. Each of us need to be helpful for others, not fearful of the ill, & take new measures to ensure all can resume to a more “normal” state as soon as possible. It takes teamwork- & here in NoBo we are a formidable team!
