2026 Will be a Wonderful Year!

Hello on this sunny Martin Luther King Jr. Day! We hope that each of you had a chance to rest and recharge over the holiday season. Thank you so much for all the great feedback on our #shoplocal encouragement and gift ideas. We certainly have much to work with right here!

As dig into 2026, please watch this space for upcoming networking and membership meetings. We have a few events in the works and will announce dates and venues shortly. In this e/newsletter, you will see upcoming events hosted by the Village of Port Chester and KeyBank, and a sponsorship opportunity for a new Chamber scholarship. Please consider attending and supporting!

As well, I'd like to hear your thoughts as we consider piloting a local job fair. A collective of our non-profit members is interested in developing this to bring potential employees that are authorized for US employment and qualified with a variety of skill sets - together with area employers. This would be a large undertaking so we want to gauge participation interest among potential employers as part of the planning process. I will also reach out directly to our members in the next week or so.

During our holiday party we announced the Michael J. Borrelli Small Business Scholarship. This has been created in honor of Michael Borrelli who recently retired from our board of directors. Scholarship applications will be available publicly toward the end of this month with details of eligibility and how to apply.
