Prices were up 4.8% on Homes and 3.2% on Condos in March compared to March 2021
Days in the market remained the same for houses and are down 37.5% for condos year over year
Transactions are down slightly for homes- 3.9% and down 17.3% for condos
Very interesting that we are seeing the number of transactions continue to constrict through Q1
That is something to keep an eye on as we move
