Not long now...

Less than 2 weeks until the we all meet up in South Wales for the CRA Conference 2026.

We've been busy preparing everything before hitting the M6 on our way down to Newport.

Hopefully, we'll see plenty of familiar faces along with plenty of new ones too!

Since we last met, we've delivered dozens of great retail spaces for our charity customers and partners across the UK and beyond and we're looking forward to partnering with more of you soon.

During that time Vicki delivered a number of projects in partnership with MRD! Vicki brings a strong passion for creating engaging and effective shopping experiences for staff, volunteers, and supporters across the sector, whatever the budget & size

For over 15 years, Phil has worked with a wealth of mainstream & charity retailers across the UK to create stores that look great, work hard and deliver real commercial impact. From early-stage ideas through to completed fit-outs, Phil enjoys helping turn retail challenges into practical, design-led solutions that support both customers and cause-driven organisations

With over 30 years across the retail sector, Matt's focus is always the customer first. He's been building relationships in the industry for longer than than he cares to remember!
