A Strategic Partnership

Preparing Randolph County's Future Workforce

Junior Achievement of the Triad is proud to partner with Randolph County Schools in advancing the district's vision of preparing students for success beyond graduation. Together, we are connecting classroom learning to financial literacy, career exploration, and the skills students need for future success.

For the past three school years, Junior Achievement has served every fifth-grade classroom across the district, introducing students to financial literacy, work readiness, and career exploration. This early exposure helps students understand how education, skills, and career opportunities are connected while supporting the district's Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathway.

The partnership continues to grow with the expansion of JA Career Speakers events into Randolph County Schools' CTE classrooms, giving students opportunities to engage directly with local business and community leaders and learn about high-wage, high-skill careers available in our region.

"Junior Achievement has been instrumental in laying the foundation for career awareness within the Randolph County School System's Workforce Roadmap. Through engagement with local community partners, students gain access to valuable programming that broadens their understanding of high-wage, high-skill career opportunities in their local, state, and national economies."

— Dr. David Cross, Director of Career and Technical Education
