The Oxford-Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce is proud to present this second year event on Sunday, November 13th from 11 am to 2 pm. 

Two Sponsorship Opportunities: 

Exclusive PRESENTING Sponsor or General Sponsors 

Presenting sponsor: $1,000

Benefits include: 

• Exclusivity as the only presenting sponsor, and first right of refusal to remain the presenting sponsor for the event each year
• Your business logo featured on the weekly LOU View Chamber newsletter on the promotional material of the event on the weeks leading up to the event
• Your business logo featured as the spotlighted presenting sponsor on a banner at the event (or if you have your own standees or individual banners we can hang those instead)

Important Details;

• Sunday, November 13, 2022, 11AM-2PM
• We want to help you kick off your holiday shopping season early.
• The Chamber will host a tent by City Hall handing out holiday shopping bags, a kids holiday craft table, hot chocolate, cookies, special giveaways, and so much more!

We want to SPOTLIGHT YOUI

• The Chamber will highlight all participating retailers and restaurants on social media leading up to the event!
• We will hand out a list of all participating businesses at our Chamber tent at the event. 
• We will give a special gift to all shoppers that present a receipt from an Oxford shop or restaurant dated for the day of the open house, November 13, 2022. 
• Extra publicity: Retailers and restaurants can submit an item to be included in the grand holiday gift basket raffle. Items and participants will be spotlighted on social media leading up to the event.

It’s a great way to help promote your business during the holiday season to a large audience of over 300 attendees (not to mention the online exposure). We also ask that all sponsors please donate at least one door prize for the event (valued $25 or more). This door prize is a great opportunity to promote something that you will be featuring as a gift idea this holiday season. All sponsors/door prize donors will get mentions by the DJ that night, as well as mentions when SANTA is handing out the door prizes.

It's Leadership Lafayette Application time for the

Class of 2023!  

The Chamber’s Leadership Lafayette program has been around for over 3 decades, training up leaders to serve this wonderful community. Leadership Lafayette guides professionals in developing their leadership skills through sessions and activities focusing on community needs and awareness, team building and project development, personality assessment organizational skills. The class size is typically 25-28 members, with monthly training sessions from January through August of each year.

EXCLUSIVELY THE ONLY SPONSOR OF THE PROGRAM

The Chamber’s Junior Leadership program is a program for 10^th grade students in Oxford and Lafayette County. Since 1998 the Chamber’s Junior Leadership program has made a lasting impact on high school sophomores as it exposes them to the culture, history, and thriving business community Oxford and Lafayette County has to offer.  Sessions are developed to enhance leadership skills, learn team building strategies, and goal setting techniques. The program focuses on teaching the youth aspects about their community that they may not be aware of, with the goal to help them become more invested, future leaders of our if Oxford/Lafayette County. The participants must also perform a minimum of 9 community service hours at 3 different service organizations. The class size is typically around 30 class members, with 9 sessions running January to April of each year.  

The Chamber is seeking a presenting sponsor for the program for $1,500 investment. Below are the sponsorship benefits that go along with this sponsorship.

• On the weekly LOU View Chamber newsletter October - January as we announce the application process and send out reminders of deadline
• On a sign at each of the weekly sessions
