• CPA Candidate (taking her first exam in March)
• Current with (Commercial Real Estate Developer) as a Staff Accountant and has been in her role since 2024
• Skilled in investor and lender reporting, draw package preparation, reconciliations, audit support, cash flow management, and Yardi software
• Full cycle accounting experience all the way to financial statements
• Stater her career as a Jr Accountant with (Multifamily Real Estate Company)
• Excel Skills (pivot tables, vlookups, if/then, nested functions, simple formulas, etc.)
• Making $75K
• Lives in Dallas and is open to DT Dallas, Uptown, North Dallas, and Irving office locations.

Candidate Profile – Senior Property Accountant (commercial real estate)

Senior Commercial Real Estate Accountant with extensive experience supporting complex, multi-entity real estate portfolios, including development and construction-focused environments. He brings strong full-cycle accounting expertise, deep systems knowledge, and a proven ability to partner with ownership, asset management, and operations teams.

• Oversees full-cycle accounting for multi-entity real estate portfolios (40+ LLC structures) with GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Strong background in development and construction accounting, including job cost tracking, WIP reporting, fixed assets, and capital project support
• Owns month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Extensive experience with CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations and supporting audit and lender reporting requirements
• Manages intercompany transactions, treasury functions, and complex ownership structures (private equity, family office, trust entities)
