| | The Full Story: A Bold Partnership That’s Reimagining Downtown Toledo | | | | |
At our 2025 Annual Meeting, presented by Fifth Third, Charlotte Dymarkowski, President of Foundation Steel, announced an exciting real estate move — but that was only half the story.
Now, we’re sharing the full picture — exclusively with our Chamber members first.
| | |
Foundation Steel and Mosser Construction, two long-standing Chamber partners, have come together in a groundbreaking collaboration to purchase and revitalize the historic building at 303 Morris Street in downtown Toledo.
This isn’t just a real estate deal — it’s a shared vision rooted in people-first values. Both companies are returning to their downtown roots with an innovative, somewhat “shared” office space model focused on employee experience, customer service, and lasting impact on the urban core.
This bold, collaborative move represents a fresh strategy in economic development and shows what’s possible when industry leaders unite with purpose.
Read the full press release below to learn more about their vision and partnership.
