Greetings from Sin City and as the headline states, we are loving it here!!!!!!
Things are going well with all systems go, go, go. It's been an incredible few months since moving here with meeting so many great musicians and playing gigs around town in various casinos and clubs.
I've started an exciting new Group, The Grillo, Latham Project, featuring Carmen Grillo (Gtr), Uli Geissendoerfer (keys) and Derek Jones (bs). The band is Slamming.
Kyung and I celebrated another Big Anniversary as well as both of our Birthdays with some great times around the city.
With so many other Great Drumming Brothers living here as well, it's nice to be able to catch them and hang. Steve and Carol Gadd, Ignacio Berroa, Tris Impoden, and Danny Seraphine to name a few,
I have to thank another great local drummer, and great friend, Mike Tramontana, who has been a huge help in introducing me to many musicians and the lay of the land here in Vegas. Mike knows everyone and everyone knows Mike.
The Boom-Boom Room is Rocking with lots of Drum Tracking and recording for other artists and producers as usual. I'm also taking on new students and always enjoy teaching. Lots of new things coming up in 2027 so stay tuned. I'll Keep it Funky!!!!
