Good Evening -

We hope this message finds you safe and staying well during these challenging times. As you know, the University continues to navigate increasing numbers of COVID-19 cases.

As we continue to manage the various processes associated with the COVID-19 response, we are asking that all residents log into the Housing Portal at go.wfu.edu/housingportal and complete a location update by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10.

Completing this process will help us understand who is in our residential community as we navigate the current spike in COVID cases and plan for quarantine and isolation.

Please note that failure to complete this process will result in additional follow-up from our office, so we thank you in advance for your time and attention to this quick process.

Completing this process requires you to answer up to two questions on the homepage of the housing portal.

In the first, you will indicate if you are (a) On-Campus / In Winston-Salem or (b) Not On-Campus / Not In Winston-Salem.

The second question provides the opportunity to share any relevant details with our office. For students who are Not On-Campus / Not In Winston-Salem, we ask that you provide a current location and an intended return date to campus / Winston-Salem (if known).

We thank you in advance for submitting your information. Please note that submission of a Not On-Campus location update does not notify the Office of Residence Life and Housing of a student's official departure from housing and/or the University.
