Connor Long
Colorado’s Connor Long is recognized around the world for his authentic & heartfelt performances, hard-won achievements in athletics & adventure, humorous & stirring speeches, and effective advocacy whenever and wherever disability rights are at issue.
His advocacy work includes travel to speak to legislatures, conferences, universities & non-profits across the country, and as well as the American Embassy in Moscow. He has been recognized by the Arc of the US’s prestigious Catalyst Award, NDSS’s Champion for Change, Council for Exceptional Children’s “Yes I Can” award, the John Lynch Foundation, John & Anna Sie Foundation, Childrens Hospital Colorado, and the Global Down Syndrome Foundation’s “Community Leadership Award.”
