2020 CSA Annual Assessment Information

Community Services Associates Inc. invoices property owners for their annual assessments each year in December.

Invoices will be mailed in December to property owners notice of mailing on file with a due date of January 10, 2020. Click here to view the 2020 annual assessment rates for improved and unimproved properties.

Maintenance Updates

Road Reconstruction Project: Phase 2 of Greenwood Drive from Governors Road to Plantation Drive

Good to know:

Our contractors will be using Lot#4 located at the off of Greenwood Drive between Governors Road and Six Oaks for storage of materials and equipment for the duration of work. We will be utilizing the end closet to Six Oaks Cemetery.
Today, crews continued to remove curbing along the inbound lane of Greenwood Drive in the project work zone.
Crews will not be working this weekend (12/7 or 12/8)
Total project time frame is 12-14 weeks, weather permitting.

What's Next?

Next week:
Curb demolition will continue.
Milling operations are scheduled to begin next week, weather permitting.
The pull-off at the intersection of Plantation Drive and Greenwood Drive will begin week of December 14th.
Work will be performed Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm with flag persons present to control traffic with alternating single lane closures in the designated work zone.
Motorists should expect traffic delays in the project area, to avoid the project area, please use the Ocean Gate. Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.

Good to know:

Project will address drainage work, curb repairs, realignment of crosswalks and road resurfacing along Lighthouse Road from Plantation Drive to Harbour Town.
Traffic will alternate lanes with flag persons present. Traffic delays are expected while work is taking place.
Drainage repairs in Harbour Town are in progress.
Crews will not be working this weekend (12/7 or 12/8)

What's Next?

Crews are working in the roadway today on Lighthouse Road near Deer Island Road and will resume this work following the weekend.

Resurfacing repairs on Audubon Pond Drive

Road resurfacing repairs on Audubon Pond Drive in the cul-de-sac is scheduled to take place next Monday, December 9th
The work is expected to take one (1) day, weather permitting.

Wreaths Across America Wreath-Laying & Remembrance Ceremony

Noon at Six Oaks Cemetery

This event is free and open to the public. Remembrance wreaths will be placed at the headstones of veterans to celebrate their life and service to our country. Event attendees are welcome to assist in placing wreaths.
