As a current and past caregiver, you know there is always another client and family who need help from Guardian Angel Senior Services. Even with the importance of caring for our clients and their families, another top priority is to provide all of you with the support that you need!

Why is this a priority? Many members of our leadership team and office staff began their own careers as caregivers, providing unique insight into the demands of the caregiver role. This direct experience provides them a deep understanding of the work and an unwavering dedication to support our caregivers. We prioritize the needs of our caregivers because we recognize that if you feel cared for, you can in turn provide the best possible care to our clients.

When you refer a new caregiver, you will receive a $250 bonus for every referral who works for Guardian Angel Senior Services for at least 3 months.

Dementia Certified Caregivers

As part of our ongoing training initiatives, Guardian Angel Senior Services caregivers can now attend a third-party training program to earn their Dementia Caregiver Certification. Congratulations to Tara Colaizzi from our Worcester office for completing this program!

Any of our current caregivers can participate in this program and receive additional training to better care for our clients with dementia. So far this year, 35 caregivers have earned their certifications.
