Cedar Park Breaks Ground on Toro Grande Roadway Improvements Project
The City of Cedar Park officially broke ground on the $36.5 million Toro Grande Roadway Improvements Project, a major investment to boost mobility, safety, and connectivity across the region, on November 7.
Funded through City bond programs and partnerships with Williamson County, Texas - Government, the project will create a new four-lane arterial roadway linking New Hope Drive and Parmer Lane.

The Cedar Park City Council meeting this week focused on maintaining the City's strong financial standing, fostering community engagement, and strengthening partnerships. Here are the highlights:
- Council approved the issuance of new bonds and certificates to manage and restructure the City’s financial obligations, including utility system funding, supported by a property tax where applicable, and authorized all related agreements and procedures for their sale and management.
- A resolution authorized the official ballot and casting of votes for the 2025 Board of Directors of the Williamson Central and Travis Central Appraisal District elections.
