‌
Hello!

In previous years, thousands of Canadians have gathered together on the first Sunday in May across Canada to participate in the national Hike for Hospice to kick off the National Hospice & Palliative Care Awareness Week. With the pandemic we got creative through a virtual Hike but now we’re ready to be 100% back in the park. Hospice Toronto has again partnered with Philip Aziz Centre / Emily’s House to bring you our 21st Annual Toronto Partners Hike for Hospice on Sunday May 7th to raise funds and awareness for hospice palliative care in our community.

Registration includes:
  • A chance to win prizes for top fundraisers
  • Children’s Fun-Zone & Temporary Tattoo Artist
  • Snacks and BBQ lunch
  • Hospice Toronto T-shirt

Our Hike Finale Event at Riverdale Park features a 2km or 5km walk in the historic Cabbagetown. Registration check-in begins at 9:00 and the hike begins at 11:00am on Sunday May 7st.

We invite you to join us, and thousands of Canadians, as we gather to raise awareness and funds for Hospice Palliative Care in our local communities.

Since each person will eventually be touched by hospice care in one way or another, we invite you to fundraise to support our programs and help us offer compassionate care and support for families when they need it the most.
