Dear FBCP Church Family,
The Church Bylaws and Personnel Policy Manual require that the Pastor and staff be evaluated annually.
The Personnel Committee asks for your help in providing feedback that will assist our staff’s development by encouraging them to continue the great work that they are doing, suggesting areas where improvement is needed, and helping to identify ways that we as a church can help to strengthen their performance.
Staff Evaluation forms will be available online (preferred) as well as on paper. Paper copies of the form will be available beginning August 21 on the table outside the church office where the collection box for returning completed forms is located. The link to the online Staff Evaluation Form can be found below.
Staff Evaluation Forms should be submitted to the Personnel Committee by September 4, 2024. All evaluations are to be supplied to the Personnel Committee. Evaluations of the Pastor will be forwarded to the Chair of Deacons.
Your feedback will help the Personnel Committee and the Deacons better advise staff members while encouraging and assisting in their development. In addition, your feedback will help us to determine appropriate recommendations for raises. Thank you in advance for helping us effectively accomplish these tasks.
