Get Ready for the 2025 Middle Atlantic House of Delegates Meeting!

It’s that time of year again! The Middle Atlantic Swimming House of Delegates Meeting is right around the corner, and we want to see YOU there. Mark your calendars and check out the details below:

📅 When: Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 1:00 PM

📍 Where: Marriott Philadelphia West – 111 Crawford Ave, West Conshohocken, PA 19428



🏊‍♂️ Who: Each Middle Atlantic member club gets one (1) vote.

Important Voting Info:

• Your club’s voting representative must be submitted to the Middle Atlantic Swimming Board of Directors Secretary.

• The rep must be a valid USA Swimming member.

• Deadline to submit: Friday, April 18, 2025, by 5:00 PM.

• If the Team Admin and Head Coach submit different names, we’ll go with the Team Admin’s choice—so be sure to communicate beforehand!

Board Members & Committee Chairs: You also get a vote! If your club has a board member or committee chair attending, you may want to designate a different club rep to cast your vote.

How: Register your voting representative by replying to this email with the name of your Club and the adult voting representative as well as athlete representatives, if you have athletes that are interested.

Details: The House of Delegates is responsible to the LSC membership for the following items requiring voting:

House of Delegates Meeting will include:

• Financial Report and proposed FY Budget for 2026 (2026 budget to be voted at meeting)
• Proposed 2025-26 Meet Schedule
• Board of Director Elections. (full descriptions and requirements found here)
• Operations Vice Chair
• Diversity Equity and Inclusion Vice Chair
• Safe Sport Vice Chair
• Jr. Athlete Representative (this will be voted on by athletes only at a separate athlete meeting)
• All voting members will be entered into the annual HOD Raffle * must be present to win.
