Greetings!

Creating affordable, inclusive housing options for people of all abilities and ages is the ultimate team sport.

This was certainly the case in 2025 for All In, when our incredible team worked together to:

• Secure preliminary approval and financing for the first project based on our pioneering housing concept, All In Dublin.
• Launch an inclusive design process that brought together stakeholders for a powerful community design workshop and engage OSU Knowlton students to help advance our commitment to accessibility.
• Expand organizational capacity by building All In's board and staff and raising our profile through media and community outreach.

And there's lots on the agenda for 2026, when we'll:

• Obtain final approval of All In Dublin's site plan by the Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission.
• Launch a comprehensive campaign to complete financing for All In Dublin.
• Break ground for All In Dublin in July 2026.
• Identify a site in Columbus for a second All In project.
• Expand our advocacy efforts to create lasting systemic impact through All In's Theory of Action and Change.

As a member of the All In team, you can play a critical role in advancing our shared mission. Because of our belief in the power of inclusive, affordable housing, we made great strides in 2025 and are thrilled to be launching our first project in 2026.

But our team has much work to do over the coming 12 months. To support our critical efforts in 2026, our board has launched the All Impact Drive, an ambitious effort to raise $200K in donations and pledges by December 31.

I'm thrilled to report that the Drive has already generated an amazing response: $171,000 in donations and 2026 pledges!

We're in the final stretch. And thanks to a $10,000 challenge grant from a VERY generous donor, we've got some extra help to reach our goal: all gifts will matched one-to-one up to $10,000. So your contribution of any size will go EVEN farther!
