Reality Week is Back!

Saturday October 25th - Thursday October 30th will be Reality Week at FDKM! We'll be pulling topics and scenarios straight from the headlines. If you've never gotten an opportunity to train during this themed week, then don't miss it! We'll pull real life situations captured on video and review them in class. You'll get to learn how Krav Maga techniques and tactics directly relate to real life situations.

Tis the Season.....Aaaachoo!

It's that time of year again where the ICK makes it rounds. We highly recommend staying home if you're not feeling well to prevent the spread of a cold or illness. Just a friendly reminder of things to keep in mind this season.

• Wash hands frequently
• cough into your elbow or shoulder
• wash hands after blowing your nose
• disinfect shared equipment and gear after every use
• If you have a fever stay home, please give it at least 48 hrs. fever free before returning to class
• If you feel comfortable a mask is an option to help prevent the spread of germs
• Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio
