GREAT NEWS
OBOL in Action... Because of You
Dear OBOL Friend,

Our heartfelt thanks for being a continuing supporter of Operation Blankets of Love (OBOL) and our life-saving work. Here are just a few stories of the vital work we do every day.

None of this would be possible without you.

We count on your support today to help us continue our impact to reach more animals in need and to keep our services free. What a positive impact you make when you donate to OBOL. If we all chip in, we can help more animals to be loved.
PETS OF THE HOMELESS

It’s so much work to pack cars, bag up food, and deliver everything. OBOL makes it so much easier for us just by collecting all the donations in advance. This helps rescues more than you can ever imagine.

We supply our unhoused community members in Long Beach, Compton, Los Angeles, and Eagle Rock. We could not do this without OBOL's help. Just look at these pups faces -- they are so forever grateful to have beds, blankets, and much needed supplies.

SO MANY DONATIONS FOR SPECIAL NEEDS PETS

Thanks a million to OBOL for the donations you provide us consistently, and especially for special needs girl Gracie! We got a ramp, a sling, and lots of vitamins and healthy food. Thank you for always helping us help the fur babies.

LA COUNTY PROBATION DEPARTMENT K-9 UNIT PARTNERS WITH OBOL
OBOL sponsored medical exams and instructions by Dr. Vega of Happy Pets Veterinary Center on how to use opioid toxicity medication for the drug-sniffing K-9 Unit of the LA County Probation Department! It was a most informative, educational, and rewarding day.

Very special thank yous to OBOL Team Captain Hertha Lee for organizing today's vital event and our friends at Valley Drug and Compounding for filling the lifesaving prescriptions!
Last month we donated crates, pet beds, collars that light up, blankets, and toys. We will also be doing this for other county K-9 units.
OBOL DONATES TO PET FOOD BANKS & PET PANTRIES
For the last several years, OBOL has been donating to several pet food banks and pet pantries throughout CA and Mexico for pet owners who cannot afford to buy pet food, pet beds, collars, toys, and other comfort and aid supplies.

OBOL IS A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR LAHSA
Tony and Monica from Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) stopped by OBOL HQ to load up on pet food, treats, toys and other supplies including blankets for needy homeless folks with pets living on the streets of West Los Angeles, beach communities, and residential shelters.
Yours on behalf of the animals,
Eileen and Brad Smulson
