FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse Training

Do you run a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Commercial Driver's License Drug and Alcohol query through the Clearinghouse upon new hire and annually? The FMCSA operates a database that contains information about violations of the federal drug and alcohol testing program for the holders of CDLs. If you have positions that require a CDL, you must register with the Clearinghouse and run inquiries both at the time of hire and annually for all CDL employees. The FMCSA operates a Learning Center that has resources and training available. If you need assistance registering and running queries, or would like a supportive policy, please reach out to me directly.

A Certified Local Government (CLG) is a municipality that has been certified by the National Park Service and is eligible to apply for federal grants for historic preservation. The next funding cycle is approaching, and applications for historic preservation grants will be due in February 2025. If you are interested in learning how to become a CLG in preparation for the next funding cycle, reach out to me to schedule a CLG informational meeting.
