Evaluation Focus

At Ayre Counseling, each Family Law Forensic SUD evaluation is structured to:

  • Determine the presence of a Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
  • Provide treatment, monitoring, or intervention recommendations when necessary
  • Assess risk and safety concerns that substance use has on parenting time and childcare, when applicable

Evaluations may include clinical interviews, collateral contacts, record review, written testing, investigation, fact checking, verification and substance screening/toxicology testing. SUD evaluations are conducted over multiple sessions as required by case complexity.

Recovery Monitoring

The Ayre Counseling Recovery Monitoring Program is a clinically informed monitoring system that tracks a client’s adherence to an established recovery plan.

Attorneys, mediators, parenting coordinators, and judges recommend Recovery Monitoring to reduce interpersonal conflict, prevent relapse-related crises, and protect the well-being of vulnerable parties—particularly children.
