NIHCA is coming to Shakopee Community Center in Shakopee, MN to host a half-day Networking Workshop on Wednesday, November 8th from 12noon – 4:00 PM, and we’d love for you to join us.
This will be a fun, interactive day focused on connecting with others in the fitness industry. We’ll kick things off with a tour of the center, then move to a conference room for small-group discussions with directors, front desk staff, maintenance teams, programming, and more.
Topics will include:
- Membership & retention
- Marketing & sales
- Staffing
- Programming
- Maintenance issues/scheduling
- And much more
Lunch will be included! We promise you’ll leave with a notebook full of ideas to bring back to your club.
