Please be sure to pick up your child(ren) at 12:30 p.m. THIS Friday, December 17. There is no After Care on this day.
COVID Vaccination Cards
If your child has had the Covid Vaccine, please send in a photo or copy of your child's COVID vaccine card to: healthoffice@crossroadsacademy.org
Sixth Grade Scientists in Action
Sixth grade students proved their ability to distinguish physical and chemical changes with a challenging lab! Students mixed dyed water in one experiment and cabbage juice and vinegar in another experiment. They then made careful observations to determine which type of change occurred and wrote a paragraph justifying their answers.
Third Grade Hospital Day!
Last week third graders concluded their unit on the human body. To their surprise, Ms. Verheeck and Mrs. Coughlin greeted the students dressed in hospital attire. The students also dressed as doctors and nurses. The day was filled with dissecting sentences, distributive property surgery, measuring bones, and more!
