Ballots
If you haven’t already done so, this is also an opportunity to drop off your board member and bylaws ballots.
(Note: Each VM III household is allowed one ballot, which must be submitted by 10:45 a.m. to be counted.)
Social Committee Survey
Available to all attendees will be a Social Committee Survey. In order to provide a fun-filled calendar of events, the social committee wants to hear from you regarding what events most suit your interests and needs.
(Note: One ballot per resident.)
(Note: The survey is also available further on in this blast. You can complete it online or print it and fill it out. There will be a collection box at the meeting.)
Annual Dues
VM III’s Board Treasurer will be available to accept your annual dues if not previously paid.
